This refrigerated display cabinet showcases chilled food while keeping it fresh. A remote refrigeration unit removes heat from inside the case, ensuring a consistent low temperature. The static cooling method gently circulates cold air, preventing dehydration of delicate items like pastries. With the refrigeration unit positioned separately, noise and vibration are kept away from customers, leaving the worktop clear and tidy.

Three glass shelves allow easy loading from the front. The top shelf features a protective panel, the middle shelf is made of tempered glass for added durability, and all shelves are double-glazed to eliminate condensation. LED lighting beneath each shelf illuminates products evenly, enhancing their appearance. A built-in drain system collects meltwater or spills, channelling them into a removable tub to maintain a dry, hygienic interior. Rounded corners on the stainless-steel frame make cleaning quick and efficient.

Constructed from stainless steel, the cabinet resists corrosion and is simple to sanitise. A 2-metre hose connects the display to the remote refrigeration unit, enabling flexible placement of the compressor. Shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the drain tub is easily lifted out for emptying.

The 230 V power supply suits standard single-phase circuits in professional kitchens, and the cooling power is designed for continuous operation without overheating.

With a width of 1540 mm, the cabinet fits neatly along a café counter or patisserie worktop. Its 385 mm depth ensures customers can view the display comfortably, while the 360 mm height allows items to be stacked without blocking the light. Climate class 3 ensures reliable performance in typical front-of-house environments.

The KUBE REMOTO VCKB8GRP includes the refrigeration unit and a 2-metre connecting hose. Shelves are fixed but removable for deep cleaning. The refrigerant used is R600a, a low-impact hydrocarbon.
