The remote compressor keeps delicate pastries chilled to the exact degree that preserves texture without freezing, so croissants stay flaky and custards remain silky under the LED-lit glass. Instead of an internal compressor, this model connects to an external cooling unit, freeing up space inside the cabinet and reducing heat and noise at the point of sale. The remote refrigeration system circulates cold air through concealed ducts, drawing heat away from the food and holding it between +2 °C and +6 °C. This range is chosen to keep perishable items fresh without freezing them, making it suitable for pastries, desserts, salads and other ready-to-serve dishes. The operator loads the six GN1/3 gastronorm trays into the built-in tub, then closes the sliding glass doors. LED lighting inside the cabinet switches on automatically, casting an even glow across the products. The glass cover and side panels are made of tempered glass, which withstands impacts and temperature changes without shattering. A hinged construction allows the entire front panel to open for deep cleaning or servicing, while the sliding doors provide quick access for restocking during service. Hidden electronic sensors monitor the temperature continuously, adjusting the flow of cold air to stay within the set range. The tub has rounded corners and an integrated drainage system, so spills and condensation can be wiped away or flushed out without leaving residue. The glass surfaces are treated to resist scratches, acids and everyday cleaning agents, preserving clarity and appearance over time. The cabinet measures 1190 mm wide, 395 mm deep and 245 mm high, giving a compact footprint that fits on most worktops or counters. Its weight allows it to be moved with a standard trolley, and the external cooling connection means the refrigeration unit can be placed in a plant room or outside, leaving the display area uncluttered. Cleaning involves wiping the glass with a damp cloth and approved cleaner, rinsing the tub and drainage system, and checking that the sliding doors run smoothly. The LED lighting requires no maintenance beyond occasional dusting, and the tempered glass needs no special treatment beyond standard glass care. This model is designed for use with an existing or centralised refrigeration system, making it compatible with larger kitchen setups where multiple display units share a single cooling source.
