A refrigerated display cabinet keeps chilled goods visible while maintaining safe holding temperatures. The remote refrigeration unit draws heat from the air inside the case and expels it outside, preventing the compressor's warmth from raising the ambient temperature around the display. Static cooling circulates chilled air naturally, avoiding the drying effect of forced airflow and preserving the texture of delicate pastries and desserts.

The operator loads products onto the internal shelves, closes the sliding glass doors, and sets the electronic controller to the desired temperature between +2 °C and +6 °C. LED lighting switches on automatically, illuminating the contents without adding heat. Hidden sensors monitor the internal temperature continuously, adjusting the refrigeration cycle to keep the display within the set range. When stock needs replenishing, the sliding doors open smoothly, and the integrated drainage system collects any condensation for easy removal.

The display case is constructed from tempered glass panels that resist impacts and temperature changes, while the hinged glass cover allows full access for cleaning and servicing. A built-in stainless-steel tub with rounded corners collects spills and directs them to a drain, simplifying daily upkeep. The vitrified glass surface withstands acids and cleaning agents, maintaining clarity and appearance over time.

The refrigeration unit is mounted separately, connected by a 2-metre line to the display case. This arrangement frees up space inside the cabinet and allows the unit to be positioned in a less visible area, such as under a worktop or in an adjacent cupboard. The 180 W cooling power and 90 W equipment power draw a modest load on a standard 230 V circuit, suitable for most professional kitchens.

The 1190 mm width provides ample shelf space for cakes, pastries, or pre-packaged items, while the 395 mm depth keeps the footprint compact. The static cooling system, combined with the remote unit, ensures consistent temperatures without disturbing the presentation of delicate goods. Cleaning involves wiping the glass surfaces with a mild detergent, emptying the drainage tub, and occasionally defrosting the refrigeration unit to maintain efficiency.
