A refrigerated display cabinet that separates the cooling unit from the case, freeing the worktop for maximum product visibility in tight spaces. The external refrigeration unit connects to the cabinet through insulated lines, circulating chilled air inside while keeping the compressor noise and heat outside the customer area.

Chilled air enters the cabinet through discreet vents along the back wall, creating an even curtain that maintains the set temperature across every shelf. LED strips mounted above the glass panels bathe the contents in bright, uniform light that enhances colour and texture without generating heat. The glass itself is tempered to withstand daily impacts and temperature swings, and the entire front panel hinges open for unobstructed access during restocking or cleaning.

Sliding doors on the customer side glide smoothly, allowing quick replenishment without breaking the cold curtain. Inside, a seamless stainless-steel tub with rounded corners collects condensation and spills, directing them to an integrated drain. Hidden electronic sensors monitor the temperature continuously, adjusting the flow of chilled air to hold the cabinet between +2 °C and +6 °C, the range that keeps chilled desserts, sandwiches and salads fresh without freezing.

The 840 mm width fits neatly on most counters, while the 395 mm depth leaves room for service behind. A footprint of less than a square metre makes the unit practical for cafés, pastry shops and delicatessens that need to display chilled goods without dedicating floor space to a built-in compressor. The external refrigeration unit can be placed up to several metres away, allowing the cabinet to sit in the front of house while the compressor remains in a service corridor or plant room.

Tempered glass panels resist scratches and cleaning agents, maintaining clarity over years of use. The hinged front panel and sliding doors simplify daily cleaning; the rounded corners of the stainless-steel tub prevent dirt traps, and the integrated drain eliminates standing water. LED lighting requires no bulb changes, reducing maintenance to routine wiping of glass and surfaces.

This model is supplied without an integrated refrigeration unit, making it compatible with existing or centralised cooling systems already installed in the kitchen.
