Display cabinet SAYL V4GRP

A refrigerated display cabinet keeps chilled goods visible while maintaining safe holding temperatures. The remote refrigeration unit draws heat from the air inside the case and expels it outside, so the cabinet itself stays compact and quiet. Static cooling circulates cold air naturally, avoiding the need for fans and reducing the risk of dehydration in delicate items like pastries and desserts. The refrigerant absorbs heat as it evaporates in the evaporator coil, then releases it in the condenser coil located in the separate refrigeration unit. This separation allows the display case to fit into tight spaces without sacrificing cooling performance.

The operator loads the cabinet from the front through sliding doors, arranging products on the smooth, rounded interior surfaces. LED lighting switches on automatically, casting an even glow across the shelves to highlight colours and textures without generating excess heat. Temperature is set once and maintained by hidden electronic sensors that adjust the refrigeration cycle as needed. The hinged glass cover lifts for deeper cleaning or servicing, while the integrated drainage system collects condensation and directs it to a removable tub for easy disposal.

The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel and tempered glass, chosen for durability and resistance to impacts, scratches and temperature changes. The glass is treated with a vitrification process that repels acids and cleaning agents, preserving clarity and appearance over time. The refrigeration unit connects to the display case via a 2-metre flexible line, allowing the unit to be positioned under a worktop or in an adjacent cupboard without losing cooling efficiency.

Controls consist of a concealed electronic panel that sets the target temperature within the +2 °C to +6 °C range. The 230 V supply matches standard UK commercial circuits, and the 180 W cooling power reflects the load on the refrigeration unit, while the 85 W equipment power covers the LED lighting and control electronics. The 840 mm width fits neatly on most counters, and the static cooling system ensures gentle air movement that protects delicate items from drying out.

Cleaning involves wiping the interior surfaces with mild detergent, emptying the drainage tub, and occasionally lifting the glass cover to reach the corners. The rounded design and absence of sharp edges simplify this routine, and the tempered glass resists staining from common food acids and cleaning products.

The CLASSIC 1P REMOTO V4GRP is a single-compartment model with a remote refrigeration unit, designed for patisseries, cafés and restaurants that require reliable chilled display without occupying valuable counter space.
