A refrigerated display case maintains prepared food at safe temperatures while enabling self-service. Static cooling gently circulates chilled air, preserving texture and moisture without drying or freezing contents. The unit maintains temperatures between +2 °C and +6 °C, ensuring chilled salads, desserts, and ready-to-eat dishes remain fresh and safe. A quiet compressor and ventilated condenser work continuously to remove heat, counteracting warmth from door openings or ambient conditions in busy areas.

The case accommodates up to four GN1/3 gastronorm containers within its stainless-steel tank. PMMA sliding doors provide easy access and can be removed for cleaning. An electronic thermostat automatically maintains the set temperature, with hidden sensors adjusting the compressor as needed, eliminating manual intervention during operation. LED lighting illuminates the contents evenly, enhancing presentation while minimising power use.

Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the case resists corrosion and simplifies cleaning. The inner tank features rounded corners and a built-in drainage system for quick spill removal. Outer panels also use stainless steel, ensuring a professional appearance that complements other kitchen equipment. Adjustable feet level the case on uneven surfaces, preventing wobble and ensuring smooth door operation.

An electronic thermostat with a digital display allows temperature setting and monitoring. The compressor operates on 230 V mains power, using 180 W for cooling and an additional 85 W for lighting and controls. The refrigerant, R600a, is efficient and environmentally considerate. The unit's dimensions of 970 mm by 380 mm suit countertop placement, leaving room for other front-of-house equipment.

Cleaning is simple: doors lift off, the tank drains via its built-in outlet, and smooth surfaces can be sanitised without disassembly. LED lighting is moisture-resistant, allowing wipe-down with a damp cloth. The compressor and condenser are positioned away from food contact areas, reducing contamination risks and simplifying maintenance.

The S4N is a self-service model designed for climate class 3, ensuring reliable performance in standard ambient conditions. It is supplied ready for immediate use, requiring only levelling of the feet.
