A neutral-temperature display cabinet keeps food at room level without refrigeration or heating, letting colour and texture show through clear glass. The unit stands on a worktop or counter, drawing the eye to the items inside while protecting them from dust and handling. Tempered glass panels on all sides give a full view from any angle, so customers can see the product before they reach for it.

The operator loads the cabinet from the rear, sliding the doors open to place plates, trays or individual portions on the shelf. Once the doors are closed, the food remains visible but untouched until service begins. The neutral environment suits items that do not need chilling or warming: pastries, sandwiches, salads, desserts and plated meals ready to serve.

The ESR36-S is built as a single compartment with a stainless-steel interior shelf and a base that raises the contents to eye level. The rear doors slide on tracks, so they do not swing into the workspace behind the counter.
