| NOTES | Static cooling Climate class 3 Refrigerant R600a/40,5G Model with Refrigeration Unit |
This modern refrigerated showcase combines elegant design, functionality, and technological precision, ensuring your delicacies look just as good as they taste.
Temperature range: +2 / +6 ºC
A refrigerated display cabinet keeps chilled goods visible while holding them at a set temperature. The built-in refrigeration unit circulates cool air through the cabinet, removing heat from the products and maintaining a steady climate. Static cooling relies on natural convection: the air cools against the evaporator, becomes denser and sinks, then warms slightly as it passes over the food, rises and returns to the evaporator. This gentle movement avoids dehydration and keeps delicate items like pastries and desserts in prime condition without drying them out.
The operator loads the cabinet by placing items directly on the flat tempered-glass shelf. The full-height front glazing ensures every item is visible from the counter. Once loaded, the cabinet is switched on and the thermostat set to the desired temperature within the +2 to +6 °C range. The built-in refrigeration unit starts automatically, cycling on and off to maintain the chosen climate. LED lighting illuminates the contents, drawing attention to the products without adding heat. When the display is no longer needed, the cabinet can be switched off, or left running to keep items chilled overnight.
The cabinet is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning. The flat tempered-glass shelf and full-height front glazing are mounted on a stainless-steel frame. A glass protective profile runs along the edges of the glazing to prevent chipping. Four adjustable legs allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, ensuring stability and preventing condensation from pooling.
Controls are simple: a thermostat dial sets the temperature between +2 and +6 °C, and a separate switch turns the LED lighting on or off. The cooling unit operates automatically once the cabinet is powered.
A cooling power of 180 W indicates the rate at which the unit removes heat from the cabinet, while the 95 W equipment power is the electrical load drawn from the supply. The 230 V voltage requirement means the cabinet plugs into a standard single-phase circuit found in most commercial kitchens. The 1540 mm width, 385 mm depth and 225 mm height define the footprint, allowing the unit to sit on a counter or be integrated into a run of display units. The +2 to +6 °C temperature range is tailored for fresh pastries, desserts and chilled drinks, keeping them safe and appetising without freezing.
Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless-steel surfaces and tempered glass can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The “Easy to Clean” design eliminates crevices where dirt can collect, and the glass protective profile prevents damage to the glazing during daily maintenance. The adjustable legs can be removed for deeper cleaning if needed.
The cabinet is supplied as a single model with a built-in refrigeration unit, requiring no external condenser. It is designed for stationary use or integration into worktops, making it suitable for patisseries, cafés and restaurants.
