This refrigerated display cabinet maintains chilled food at a consistent low temperature while showcasing it through clear, durable glass. The static cooling system removes heat from the interior air naturally, avoiding the use of fans. This approach conserves energy and prevents delicate items like pastries from drying out. The refrigerant cycles through coils, absorbing heat inside and releasing it externally to keep temperatures stable within the set range, protecting food quality and freshness.
Designed to hold up to four GN1/3 gastronorm pans, the cabinet features a flat tempered-glass shelf. Full-height front glazing ensures customers can view contents clearly from any angle, while internal LED lighting enhances visibility with a bright, even glow. The electronic thermostat maintains temperatures between +2 °C and +6 °C automatically. Adjustable legs provide stability on uneven surfaces, and a built-in drainage system manages condensation to prevent spills.
Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the cabinet resists corrosion and simplifies cleaning. The tempered glass surface and front panel are protected by a profile that guards against chips and scratches. Smooth surfaces and rounded corners form the 'Easy to Clean' system, reducing daily maintenance time. A single 230 V power connection supplies both the cooling system and LED lighting.
With dimensions of 970 mm in width, 380 mm in depth, and 225 mm in height, the cabinet integrates seamlessly into most countertop setups.
Maintenance involves wiping glass and stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, followed by drying to avoid water marks. The drainage tray is removed and emptied regularly, and adjustable legs are checked for stability. The absence of internal fans or filters ensures upkeep remains straightforward and quick.
