This refrigerated display cabinet keeps food chilled while showcasing it through a full-height glass front. Static cooling ensures natural air circulation, maintaining consistent temperatures to preserve freshness without drying the food. The glass surface and front glazing provide unobstructed visibility from all angles, keeping dishes visible and attractive during service.

The unit accommodates up to eight GN1/3 gastronorm containers on its flat glass shelf. Internal LED lighting illuminates contents evenly, enhancing colours and textures without generating heat. Adjustable legs ensure stability on uneven floors, while a built-in drainage system manages condensation to keep the worktop dry.

Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the cabinet resists corrosion and simplifies cleaning. The display area features a tempered glass surface and full front glazing, protected by a glass profile to prevent damage. The cooling system, driven by a right-side motor, maintains a uniform temperature across all containers.

Controls include an electronic thermostat for setting and maintaining temperatures within the +2 to +6 °C range. The cabinet operates on a 230 V power supply, with a cooling power of 180 W and equipment power of 95 W, making it suitable for continuous use.

Measuring 1680 mm in length, the cabinet fits eight GN1/3 containers, integrating seamlessly into standard worktop layouts. Its 380 mm depth allows countertop installation, while the 460 mm height positions the display at customer eye level. Climate class 3 ensures reliable performance in typical indoor kitchen environments.

Cleaning is straightforward, thanks to smooth stainless-steel surfaces and a design that minimises crevices. The “Easy to Clean” system includes a drainage outlet for condensation, reducing the need for manual wiping. The refrigerant R600a, used in a 35 g charge, has a low environmental impact.
