A compressor circulates refrigerant through an evaporator coil, and a fan draws warm air from the display area, removing heat. Cooled air is then pushed back into the cabinet, ensuring even temperatures without freezing products. The double-glazed glass front and sliding rear doors minimise heat gain while providing clear visibility from both sides, allowing customers to view items without opening the unit and letting warm air in.

To set up, position the adjustable feet on a level surface so the unit stands evenly. Load the two chrome wire shelves with pre-chilled food, ensuring space between items for air circulation. Plug the counter into a suitable power supply and set the thermostat between +2 °C and +8 °C. The LED interior light activates automatically, illuminating the contents. The sliding rear doors enable staff to restock or rearrange items without reaching across the customer side, maintaining an organised display.
