This refrigerator table combines outstanding design with professional functionality — an ideal solution for any modern professional kitchen.

Plug-in system
A refrigerated table keeps prepared ingredients chilled at serving temperature while leaving the work surface clear for plating and assembly. The unit circulates cold air evenly across every shelf, preventing hot spots that can spoil food or force the compressor to run longer. Static cooling alone would let cold air settle at the bottom; the Helped Static System adds gentle air movement to lift the chill to the top shelves, so every gastronorm container stays within the set range without manual rotation or stacking adjustments.
The operator loads up to seven pairs of runners with 60x40 cm containers, adjusting shelf heights in 75 mm increments to fit tall or shallow trays. A 2.8-inch touch-sensitive digital panel on the front sets the temperature between 0 and +8 °C; the display shows the current reading so staff can confirm the unit is holding the target without opening the door. Once the setting is saved, the refrigeration cycle starts automatically. An internal heating element melts any frost that forms on the evaporator, and a drain channel carries the condensate to a collection tray where it evaporates, so no manual defrosting or water disposal is needed during normal service.
The cabinet is built from 15/10 stainless steel, 50 mm of thermal insulation lining the walls and door, and a 40 mm high stainless-steel rim around the top edge to contain spills. The technical compartment on the right side gives access to the compressor and condenser without moving the unit. Seven pairs of runners are supplied, each pair spaced to accept standard gastronorm containers without additional adapters.
The 135-litre capacity allows storage of up to twelve 1/1 GN containers or a mix of smaller sizes, keeping ingredients organised and within reach during service. A power rating of 0.405 kW draws a modest load on a single-phase 230 V circuit, suitable for most professional kitchens without dedicated high-current wiring. The 86 kg weight means the table can be moved with a standard sack trolley but is stable enough to stay in place once positioned. The 1040 mm width fits through standard doorways and aligns with other 1/1 GN equipment for a continuous work line.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then drying to prevent water spots. The runners clip out for separate washing, and the condensate tray under the evaporator should be checked weekly and emptied if full. The automatic defrost cycle removes ice build-up, but if the unit is switched off for extended periods, a manual defrost may be needed before restarting.
The TAP/10S model is designed for environments up to +40 °C and high humidity, meeting Climate Class 5 requirements. It uses R290 refrigerant, which has low global-warming potential and complies with current environmental regulations.
