This refrigerated table maintains ingredients at safe serving temperatures while maximising workspace. A compressor-driven system circulates refrigerant through an internal coil, removing heat from the cabinet. A fan then distributes chilled air evenly, ensuring consistent cooling across all shelves without freezing stored items.

The unit accommodates GN 1/1 gastronorm containers on two included wire shelves. A digital touch panel allows precise temperature control between -2 °C and +8 °C. Once activated, the ventilated cooling system operates continuously, with an automatic defrost cycle managing ice build-up. Condensate is evaporated internally, eliminating the need for external drainage. The fan pauses when the door opens to conserve energy and resumes once the door is closed.

Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the cabinet resists corrosion and maintains hygiene standards. A 50 mm insulation layer minimises heat transfer, reducing energy consumption. The technical compartment can be installed on either side to suit kitchen layouts. Four feet—two adjustable at the front and two fixed at the rear—ensure stability on uneven surfaces.

With a 107 L capacity, the table stores multiple GN 1/1 containers efficiently. The 0.406 kW power rating allows connection to a standard commercial kitchen circuit. Weighing 60 kg, the unit is manageable for relocation yet remains stable during use. The 900 mm width fits standard doorways and aligns with typical kitchen modules.

Maintenance involves wiping surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Wire shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning. While the automatic defrost and condensate systems reduce manual upkeep, the evaporator coil should be cleaned periodically to sustain performance.

The THD/090S includes two GN 1/1 shelves, one per door. It is prepared for plinth installation and offers customisable drawer configurations upon request. Meeting Climatic Class 5, it performs reliably in environments with ambient temperatures up to +40 °C.
