The digital display shows the current internal temperature, allowing staff to monitor conditions without opening the doors. An automatic defrost cycle activates at intervals, melting any ice build-up on the coil with heating elements and evaporating the condensate, so no manual draining is required. Construction is fully stainless steel, including the exterior, interior and 10/10 gauge worktop. A 50 mm insulation layer separates the inner and outer skins, reducing heat transfer and stabilising the internal climate. The technical compartment, housing the compressor and condenser, can be positioned on either side to suit the kitchen layout. Two GN 1/1 shelves are supplied, one for each door. The 230 V single-phase connection plugs into a standard UK commercial socket, drawing 0.605 kW under normal operation. A 362 L capacity allows storage of multiple GN 1/1 containers while keeping the footprint to 2220 mm long, 700 mm deep and 950 mm high. The 193 kg weight requires two people to move the unit safely, and the adjustable plinth feet allow levelling on uneven floors. Stainless-steel surfaces resist smudges and splashes, so a quick wipe with a damp cloth restores the table's hygienic finish between service rushes. The automatic defrost system eliminates the need to manually remove ice, and the condensate evaporates without drainage. Shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the worktop is designed to resist scratches and stains during daily use. Climate class 5 certification ensures stable performance in environments up to +40 °C and high humidity, making the table suitable for busy kitchens with fluctuating ambient conditions. Energy efficiency class B reflects the balance between cooling performance and power consumption.
