Refrigerated tables operate by drawing heat from the internal storage area and expelling it externally, maintaining a consistent low temperature to preserve food. This process is driven by a compressor and refrigerant system, with fans circulating cold air within the cabinet. The TNG6D/100 features automatic defrosting, a cycle initiated by heating elements to clear ice build-up.

Users can store containers adapted for the internal space, which accommodates sizes up to 32.5x43 cm. The unit is equipped with one shelf. The control interface consists of a 2.8" touch control panel with a digital display, allowing for temperature management. The temperature range can be set between -2 °C and 8 °C.
