Cooktop ILVE KHVI90TC

The ILVE Induction Hob Professional Plus KHVI90TC is a professional induction hob. It has 5 touch zones and operates using induction technology, which heats cookware directly via an electromagnetic field. A pot sensor detects compatible cookware, and heat is generated in the pan base.

Users control the hob via slide touch controls. The booster function provides a rapid power surge, and a timer with automatic stop is included. A keep warm function offers three temperature settings: 42, 70, and 95 degrees Celsius. Safety features comprise a child lock, residual heat indicators, overheating protection, and liquid overflow protection.

The bridge function links two zones for simultaneous use with larger cookware. The hob has a maximum power output of 11.1 kW and requires a 16 A electrical supply. Its dimensions are 890 mm wide and 520 mm long.

Additional controls include a pause function. The hob is part of ILVE's kitchen equipment range for home use.

Specific details for each zone are as follows: Zone 01 (260 mm diameter) offers 2.6 kW standard or 3.7 kW booster power. Zone 02 (145 mm diameter) provides 1.4 kW standard or 2.2 kW booster power. Zone 03 (180 mm diameter) delivers 1.85 kW standard or 3 kW booster power. Zones 04 and 05 are octagonal, each with 2.1 kW standard or 3.7 kW booster power.
