Confectionery equipment SIGMA TR400

The SIGMA TR400 is a feeding hopper designed for production and confectionery equipment. This electric machine facilitates the transfer of dough blocks to a divider.

The operating principle involves unloading dough blocks into the divider bottom. This is achieved through a system of triangular plates that guide the dough, combined with a guillotine cutting system to portion the blocks. The process is monitored by two depth sensors.

The first depth sensor signals when more dough is required in the divider. The second sensor, located on the hopper itself, provides an alarm when the hopper is nearing empty, indicating the need for replenishment.

This feeding hopper can be integrated with conveyor systems. This allows for product delivery to multiple production lines or enables product unloading for cleaning purposes without interrupting other operations.

The hopper accommodates dough pieces with dimensions of 250x400 mm. The parts in contact with the dough are constructed from polyurethane or stainless steel. These components are designed for easy removal, facilitating daily cleaning and washing.

Available options enhance its functionality for different applications. These include a funnel with Teflon lining, a triangular plate lubrication system, and a funnel oil spray system, particularly beneficial for liquid or sticky dough types. Special hoppers are also offered for semi-dry or granulated mixtures, which can be fitted with an okroshka system for biscuit production.

The feeding hopper has a power rating of 1.5 kW and operates on a 400 V supply. Its dimensions are 1240 mm in length, 1240 mm in width, and 2600 mm in height, with a weight of 320 kg.
