A refrigerated display case that maintains precise humidity levels keeps delicate food items fresh without drying them out. The SAYL HUMIDITY INTEGRO IN120/20-115H combines cooling with controlled moisture, so bakery goods, cut fruit and leafy produce stay crisp and appealing for longer than in a standard chilled cabinet.

The case draws heat away from the interior with a refrigeration unit, then circulates chilled air evenly across the shelves. A separate humidity system adds or removes moisture to hold the relative humidity between 40% and 80%. This dual control prevents condensation on the glass while keeping the air around the food at the right dampness. The result is a stable micro-climate that slows wilting, staling and weight loss.

To use the case, the operator loads the shelves through the curved glass front, sets the desired temperature on the touch thermostat, and leaves the unit to run. LED strips inside the canopy cast an even light across every shelf, so colours remain true and no corner is left dim. The thermostat can be adjusted at any time, and the display updates instantly to show the new target. Because the case is self-contained and requires no drainage, it can be placed anywhere a standard worktop would fit.

The exterior is built from a single sheet of camera-grade glass, bonded without visible screws or frames. This seamless construction gives an uninterrupted view of the products and simplifies cleaning. The glass zone rises 265 mm from the shelf, allowing tall items to be stacked without blocking the light. The case measures 1200 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 1150 mm high, so it fits neatly into a standard counter run.

The touch thermostat controls both temperature and humidity, cycling the refrigeration and moisture systems as needed. LED lighting is fixed inside the canopy and cannot be dimmed or switched off separately.

A temperature range of +2 to +6 °C suits fresh dairy, prepared salads, cut vegetables and baked goods that must stay chilled but not frozen. The humidity control extends the shelf life of items that lose moisture quickly, such as herbs, berries and pastries. The 1200 mm width provides enough frontage to display a full range of products without crowding, while the 600 mm depth keeps everything within easy reach. The 1150 mm height allows the case to sit on a worktop or low stand without needing a plinth. The absence of drainage means the unit can be moved or repositioned without altering the kitchen plumbing.

Cleaning is limited to the glass surfaces and the interior shelves. The screw-free construction means there are no crevices where dirt can collect, and the smooth glass wipes down quickly. The refrigeration unit is sealed and requires no maintenance beyond occasional dusting of the condenser coils at the rear.
