The SAYL HUMIDITY INTEGRO IN100/50-140H is a refrigerated display case designed to maintain precise humidity levels, helping to keep delicate food items fresh and visually appealing. Ventilated cooling ensures even air circulation, preventing hot spots and maintaining a consistent temperature across all shelves. Humidity control stabilises moisture in the air, reducing dehydration and preserving the texture, colour, and quality of products such as leafy greens, cut fruit, pastries, and seafood.

Two adjustable glass shelves allow for flexible product arrangement, illuminated by integrated LED lighting. The front-panel touch thermostat enables easy temperature adjustment within the +2 to +6 °C range and displays the current temperature. The unit operates on a standard 230 V single-phase supply and requires no drainage connection, making it suitable for placement anywhere on the shop floor or counter.

Constructed with a seamless aluminium frame and toughened camera glass, the case offers an unobstructed view of its contents. The glass display area measures 515 mm in height, accommodating taller items without overcrowding. Four braked wheels allow for easy movement and secure positioning. The interior is entirely screw-free, simplifying the removal of shelves and panels for cleaning.

The refrigerant used, R600a/82G, is a hydrocarbon blend selected for its low environmental impact and effective heat transfer.
