A bean-to-cup coffee machine grinds fresh beans for each cup, releasing oils and aromas that pre-ground coffee loses. The Esprecious 11 L holds two types of beans in separate canisters, letting the operator switch between blends or offer decaffeinated and regular options without changing stock. A built-in grinder crushes the beans to order, adjusting the coarseness to suit the brew strength and extraction time. Hot water passes through the grounds under pressure, drawing out the flavour and crema that define espresso-based drinks.

The machine starts with the touchscreen, which displays the menu of drinks and settings. The operator selects the beverage, adjusts the coffee-to-water ratio or temperature if needed, and places one or two cups under the double dispensing outlets. Fresh milk is drawn from an external FreshMilk unit, heated and frothed to the consistency required for cappuccinos or lattes. The separate hot water tap supplies boiling water for tea or Americanos without contaminating the coffee circuit.

Inside, a professional brewer controls the water temperature and pressure, while an automatic rinsing programme flushes the system after each use to prevent residue build-up. A unique hot water circuit reduces scaling, lowering the frequency of descaling maintenance. The instant ingredient canister holds cocoa or other powders for hot chocolate or flavoured drinks.

The Esprecious 11 L is built with a stainless-steel exterior and internal components designed for daily use in busy kitchens. The divided bean canister holds 1.4 kg of one type of bean and 3.2 L of another, while the power rating of 2.25 kW indicates the load it places on the electrical circuit. The footprint of 352 mm depth, 568 mm width and 660 mm height fits on most worktops, and the 230 V voltage matches standard UK commercial sockets.

Cleaning involves emptying the drip tray and grounds container daily, wiping the dispensing outlets and milk frother, and running the automatic rinse cycle. The touchscreen guides the operator through maintenance tasks, such as descaling or replacing the water filter, when prompted.

The machine connects to an external FreshMilk unit, which must be ordered separately. It does not include the FreshMilk unit as standard.
