A wall-mounted round filter coffee machine brews directly into two removable 20-litre containers, keeping large volumes ready for service without decanting. Hot water circulates through a bed of ground coffee held in a paper or metal filter; the brewed coffee drips into the containers below, where it stays at serving temperature until transferred to a trolley or dispenser.
The operator fits a filter into the brewing column, adds the measured coffee dose, and closes the lid. The control panel's LCD display shows the clock, daily and total brew counters, and a coffee-ready signal. Once the water supply is connected and the power switched on, the machine heats the water to the programmed temperature and begins the brew cycle. When the cycle finishes, the containers can be unclipped and carried to the serving area or placed on a compatible BRAVILOR BONOMAT trolley.
The unit is built on a stainless-steel frame designed for wall mounting, with a console that holds the brewing column, containers and control panel. A descaling system is built in, and the mains water connection is made via a ¾-inch tap. The machine runs on a 400 V three-phase supply, drawing up to 11.44 kW during the heating phase.
The 400 V three-phase connection means the machine is wired directly into a dedicated circuit, avoiding the need for domestic-style plugs and sockets. The 1254 mm width, 570 mm depth and 888 mm height create a footprint that fits against a wall above a worktop or under a cupboard, leaving floor space free for trolleys or other equipment.
Cleaning involves rinsing the brewing column and containers after each use, replacing the filter, and running the descaling programme at the intervals the display indicates. The wall-mounting console is wiped down with a damp cloth, and the exterior surfaces are kept free of coffee grounds and spills.
A variant of this model is available with an additional hot-water tap for tea or instant drinks. Both versions include one brewing system and two 20-litre containers of type VHG, along with the filter unit and wall-mounting hardware. The machine is designed to work with BRAVILOR BONOMAT serving trolleys, although the trolley and tip-up plate are not supplied as standard.
