A wall-mounted round filter machine brews coffee directly into removable containers without transferring grounds or spills. Hot water flows through a paper filter holding ground coffee, extracting flavour and aroma while trapping spent grounds. The filtered coffee collects in a container beneath the filter unit, ready for serving or transport on compatible trolleys. This method keeps the coffee fresh and avoids sediment in the cup, making it suitable for high-volume settings like cafés, canteens and event catering.
The machine connects to a mains water supply, eliminating the need to refill a tank manually. A built-in pump draws water through a heating element, raising it to brewing temperature before it passes through the coffee bed. The operator loads the filter with ground coffee, places a container under the brewing column, and starts the cycle from the control panel. An LCD display shows the progress, and a signal indicates when the coffee is ready. Daily and total counters track usage, while a built-in clock allows timed starts for early service.
The unit is constructed from stainless steel for durability and hygiene, with a wall-mounting console included. A descaling system prevents limescale build-up, extending the life of the heating element and maintaining consistent brewing temperature. Safety mechanisms shut off the machine if the water supply fails or the container is removed during operation.
The control panel features an LCD display for monitoring and programming, with buttons to set the brewing cycle, activate descaling, and reset counters. The coffee-ready signal alerts staff when the container is full, and the daily counter resets automatically to track each day's output.
A 20-litre volume allows the machine to brew enough coffee for large groups without frequent refilling. The 400 V power supply requires a three-phase circuit, typical in professional kitchens and catering facilities. The footprint of 742 mm wide, 570 mm deep and 888 mm high fits against a wall, leaving floor space free for trolleys or other equipment.
Cleaning involves rinsing the brewing column and containers, replacing the paper filter after each use, and running the descaling programme at intervals. The stainless steel surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth, and the removable containers can be washed separately.
The machine is available in left-hand or right-hand configurations, with the brewing column positioned on either side of the container. An optional hot water tap can be added for tea or instant beverages, broadening its use in mixed-service environments.
Designed for use with BRAVILOR BONOMAT serving trolleys, the machine integrates into a workflow where coffee is brewed directly into containers that can be wheeled to the serving area. The trolley and tip-up plate are not included but can be ordered separately to complete the setup.
