A filter coffee machine built for continuous, high-volume service brews two 10-litre batches at once, delivering fresh coffee on demand without constant supervision. Hot water is drawn directly from a mains supply, heated to brewing temperature and gravity-fed through ground coffee held in a filter basket. The extracted coffee flows into separate insulated containers, keeping each batch at serving temperature while the next one brews. A built-in timer starts the cycle automatically, so the machine can be loaded and left to complete the brew without an operator present.
The operator fills the filter basket with ground coffee, places it in the brewing head and selects the desired batch size on the digital display. The machine then draws the set volume of water, heats it and begins the brew cycle. A coffee-ready signal sounds when the batch is complete, and the insulated containers keep the coffee hot until it is dispensed. Total and day counters track the number of brews for inventory and maintenance planning, while a descaling system alerts the operator when cleaning is due.
Constructed in stainless steel, the unit has a single brewing system and two 10-litre insulated containers mounted side by side. A wall bracket is supplied for secure installation, and the machine requires a 3/4-inch water connection. The digital control panel includes a timer, counters and a descaling indicator, all operated via a clear display.
The 400 V three-phase electrical supply allows the machine to draw up to 8.38 kW, matching the load of a typical commercial kitchen circuit. The footprint of 1115 mm wide, 572 mm deep and 781 mm high fits beneath standard worktop heights, leaving space for cup storage or a drip tray. Two 10-litre containers provide enough capacity for medium to large service periods without refilling, while the insulated design maintains temperature between brews.
Cleaning follows from the parts present: the filter basket and brewing head are removed and rinsed after each use, while the descaling system prompts periodic deep cleaning of the water path. The stainless steel exterior wipes clean with a damp cloth, and the insulated containers are designed for easy removal and washing.
The B10-W is part of the B series, which includes models with capacities of 5, 10, 20 and 40 litres. This model can be ordered with an optional hot water tap for tea or instant beverages, and some variants are designed for marine use with additional corrosion protection.
The machine is listed in the catalogue under commercial coffee equipment, filter machines, high-volume brewing systems.
