A wall-mounted filter machine brews coffee directly into a removable 10-litre container without transferring grounds or spilling liquid. Hot water is drawn from the mains supply through a 3/4-inch connection, heated to brewing temperature and sprayed over a paper filter holding the coffee grounds. Gravity pulls the water through the bed of grounds, extracting flavour and aroma; the resulting coffee flows straight into the container below. This continuous flow keeps the brew fresh and prevents over-extraction that can make coffee bitter.
The operator fits a paper filter into the brewing basket, adds the measured coffee dose, then secures the basket in the column. After selecting the desired volume on the LCD panel, the machine starts automatically: the water inlet valve opens, the heating element warms the water, and the spray head distributes it evenly across the grounds. Once the set volume is reached, the machine stops, the ready signal sounds, and the container can be removed and placed on a serving trolley. Daily and total counters track usage, while a built-in clock allows timed starts for early-morning service.
The unit is constructed in stainless steel with a wall-mounting console and a single 10-litre container positioned either to the left or right of the brewing column. A descaling system flushes limescale from internal pipes at programmed intervals, and safety mechanisms cut power if the water supply fails or the container is removed during brewing.
The control panel includes an LCD display that shows the selected volume, the current status and any maintenance alerts. Separate buttons set the brew volume, start the cycle, activate descaling and adjust the clock. The 400 V three-phase connection draws between 6.09 kW and 8.29 kW, requiring a dedicated circuit in the kitchen's electrical distribution.
The 658 mm width, 572 mm depth and 781 mm height create a compact footprint that fits between wall cupboards and worktops without obstructing traffic. The 10-litre container holds enough coffee for roughly fifty standard servings, reducing the need for repeated brewing during peak service. Cleaning involves rinsing the container, wiping the spray head and running the descaling programme at the recommended frequency.
Two variants are available: the standard B10-W and the HW-series that adds a hot-water tap for tea or instant beverages. A brewing basket is optional and increases capacity when fitted.
