Coffee machine accessory BRAVILOR BONOMAT 7.110.203.101

A micro filter removes coffee grounds from the brew by trapping particles while allowing liquid to pass. Instead of disposable paper, this stainless steel filter uses fine perforations to separate the grounds from the coffee, eliminating the need for replacement filters during service. The method keeps the brew flowing without interruptions and reduces waste in a busy kitchen or café setting.

The filter is placed into the brew basket of a compatible coffee machine. Ground coffee is added directly on top of the filter. When the machine starts, hot water flows through the coffee bed, extracting flavour and oils. The micro filter captures the spent grounds while the brewed coffee passes through to the serving vessel below. After use, the grounds are tipped out and the filter is rinsed, ready for the next cycle.

Constructed from stainless steel, the filter resists corrosion and withstands repeated cleaning without degrading. Its 172 mm diameter matches the standard brew basket size used in many professional coffee machines, allowing it to sit securely in place during operation.

The filter requires no controls; it functions as a passive component within the brewing system. Its diameter ensures compatibility with machines designed for 172 mm filters, providing a consistent fit that prevents grounds from bypassing the filter.

Regular cleaning involves rinsing the filter under running water to remove residual coffee oils and particles. Periodic soaking in a cleaning solution helps maintain the perforations and keeps the filter performing as intended. No additional maintenance is required beyond routine washing.

This micro filter is a direct replacement for disposable paper filters in BRAVILOR BONOMAT coffee machines and other professional equipment that accepts 172 mm stainless steel filters.
