A mobile work surface on four wheels brings hot or soiled trays from the pass to the wash-up without lifting. Two of the wheels lock to hold the trolley steady while staff slide trays on or off, preventing slips and spills on a busy floor.

The unit stands on a stainless-steel frame formed by two side panels and a rear panel. This open construction allows trays to be loaded from either side or the back, so the trolley can be positioned against a wall or in the centre of the wash-up area without blocking access.

A drip-tray mounted beneath the top shelf catches condensation or drips from trays. Its height can be adjusted up to 300 mm, letting the operator set the clearance to match the depth of the trays being carried. The tray itself is removable for cleaning.

The trolley is sized to accept standard 500×500 mm dishwasher trays, so it integrates directly with commercial dishwashers and racking systems. No additional adaptors or fittings are required.

The overall footprint of 615 mm by 700 mm fits through standard kitchen doorways and service corridors, while the 850 mm height keeps the work surface at a comfortable level for most staff without stooping.

All four wheels swivel for manoeuvrability, and the two braked wheels can be locked with a foot pedal to secure the trolley during loading or unloading. The wheels are mounted to the stainless-steel frame, which is designed to support the weight of loaded trays without sagging or twisting.
