A heated rack maintains plated meals at serving temperature without drying or overcooking. The OC300 uses low-wattage elements beneath each shelf to create gentle, even radiant heat. This method prevents hot spots and keeps sauces glossy and meats juicy while the kitchen holds orders until service.
The operator loads plates directly onto the shelves, closes the door and sets the thermostat. Once the temperature is reached, the unit cycles the elements to hold it. No fan is used, so there is no air movement to cool the plates or blow napkins off trays. The shelves remain accessible from the front, allowing staff to add or remove plates without disturbing others.
Construction is stainless steel throughout, including the exterior panels, shelves and door. The 700 mm width fits standard worktop depths and allows the rack to slide into tight spaces beside pass-through counters or plating stations. The 432 mm depth accommodates standard dinner plates without overhang, while the 340 mm height provides three usable shelves within easy reach.
A single thermostatic control on the front panel sets the holding temperature. The control is graduated in degrees Celsius and includes a pilot light to show when the elements are active.
The 700 mm width means the rack occupies the same footprint as a standard under-counter cupboard, making it simple to integrate into existing kitchen layouts. The stainless steel finish resists corrosion from steam and cleaning chemicals, and the smooth surfaces allow quick wipe-down between services.
Cleaning involves removing the shelves, wiping all surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then drying to prevent water marks. The door seal should be checked regularly for food debris to maintain an even temperature.
The OC300 is a single model with no variants.
The catalogue places the OC300 in the holding and service section alongside heated trolleys and pass-through warmers.
