Ceramic grill VEMA PV2063/1

This ceramic contact grill cooks food between two heated plates, applying heat from both sides simultaneously. The ceramic coating distributes heat evenly, preventing uneven cooking. The closed design locks in moisture and forms a crisp outer layer more quickly than open grills, reducing cooking time and energy consumption in a busy kitchen environment.

Food is placed on the lower ceramic plate, the upper plate is closed, and the thermostat is set. The grill reaches and maintains the selected temperature until cooking is complete. The plates then open for easy removal, with the smooth ceramic surface preventing food from sticking.

Constructed with a stainless-steel exterior and ceramic-coated cast-aluminium plates, the PV2063/1 features a single thermostat for full temperature control. This allows seamless transitions between cooking delicate items like fish and thicker cuts such as steaks.
