Built-in oven ILVE OV30SLT3

The Ilve OV30SLT3 is a built-in professional multifunction electric oven from the Professional Plus line.

This type of oven operates by circulating hot air within the cooking cavity. A fan, typically located at the rear of the oven, draws air in, heats it via elements, and then distributes it evenly around the food. This method provides consistent temperatures and reduces cooking times compared to conventional ovens.

To use the oven, place food within the 114 litre capacity cavity. Set the desired cooking programme and temperature, up to a maximum of 320 °C, using the oven's controls. Once cooking is complete, carefully remove the food.
