An ice crusher mixer breaks solid ice into fine particles and blends them instantly with liquids to create cocktails, slushies or chilled desserts. The machine uses a spinning blade or paddle inside a stainless-steel chamber. Ice is fed through a hopper at the top; the blade chops it while a motor-driven impeller forces the fragments against the chamber walls, reducing them to snow-like consistency. At the same time, a tap or spout lets the operator draw off the crushed ice mixed with any added liquid, ready for serving. To operate the VEMA TRFL2012, place the unit on a stable worktop near a 230 V socket. Fill the hopper with ice cubes or blocks; the machine will accept standard catering ice. Switch the power on and select the desired speed setting. The blade starts spinning and the ice is crushed as it falls. If mixing is required, pour the liquid into the chamber before or during crushing. Open the tap to dispense the mixture directly into glasses or containers. When finished, switch off and unplug the machine. The TRFL2012 is built as a single compact unit in stainless steel. Its dimensions—330 mm deep, 470 mm wide and 480 mm high—allow it to fit on most worktops without overhang. The 12 kg weight keeps the unit stable during operation but still light enough to move when needed. A 0.55 kW motor provides the power to crush ice continuously without overheating, while the 230 V, 50/60 Hz supply matches standard UK and European circuits. Cleaning is straightforward: remove any remaining ice, wipe the chamber and blade with a damp cloth, and dry thoroughly. The stainless-steel construction resists corrosion and is easy to sanitise. The stainless-steel crushing chamber and detachable mixing paddle lift out as one piece, letting you rinse under running water without tools. The TRFL2012 is listed in the VEMA catalogue under bar equipment and beverage preparation.
