Temperature mode +2/ +10 °C
A bottle cooler keeps drinks at a steady chill without freezing, using a refrigeration cycle that pulls heat from the cabinet and expels it outside. A fan circulates cold air evenly across every shelf, so every can or bottle reaches the same temperature quickly. This method avoids the hot spots and slow pull-down of static cooling, making it the standard for bars and busy service areas where drinks must be ready at a moment's notice.
The operator loads bottles or cans onto the wire shelves, closes the hinged glass door, and sets the thermostat between +2 °C and +10 °C. The fan starts automatically, drawing air over the evaporator coil and distributing it through vents at the back and sides. An LED interior light switches on when the door opens, showing the contents without adding heat. The door can be hinged on either side to fit the bar layout, and the feet are adjusted to level the unit on uneven floors.
The cabinet is lined with white wire shelves that allow air to flow freely around each bottle or can. The glass door seals tightly to keep the cold in and the room heat out. Refrigerant R600a circulates through the sealed system, absorbing heat inside the cabinet and releasing it at the condenser coil mounted at the back.
A 347 litre volume gives space for 448 standard 330 ml cans, 294 half-litre cans, or 210 bottles of either size. The footprint of 595 mm wide by 640 mm deep fits under most bar counters, while the 1840 mm height allows it to stand against a wall or between cupboards. An 82 kg weight means two people can move it into place without specialist equipment, and the adjustable feet compensate for minor floor irregularities.
Cleaning involves wiping the wire shelves and interior surfaces with a damp cloth, and vacuuming the condenser coil at the back to remove dust that would reduce cooling efficiency. The glass door is cleaned with standard glass cleaner, and the LED light remains cool to the touch, so it does not attract insects or create hot spots.
The cooler is supplied with five white wire shelves, each 490 mm wide by 360 mm deep, and the door is reversible to suit left- or right-hand opening. It operates on a 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply, drawing 0.295 kW, which is a modest load for a standard kitchen circuit.
