This bottle cooler maintains drinks at serving temperature by circulating chilled air throughout the cabinet. A fan pulls air over an evaporator coil, reducing its temperature before distributing it evenly. This approach ensures consistent cooling across all shelves, eliminating warm spots that could affect product quality. The system quickly restores temperature after the door is opened, keeping stock ready during peak service times.

To use the FS1380, position the adjustable wire shelves at the required height and arrange cans or bottles directly on them. Close the hinged glass door and connect the unit to a suitable power supply. The cooler will reach and maintain a temperature between +2 °C and +10 °C, controlled by an internal thermostat. An LED light activates when the door opens, providing clear visibility without generating heat. The door can be installed with hinges on either side, making it adaptable to confined spaces or specific bar layouts.

The interior features five white wire shelves, each measuring 490 mm in width and 360 mm in depth. The system uses R600a refrigerant, delivering efficient cooling with minimal environmental impact. The exterior dimensions of 595 mm wide, 640 mm deep, and 1840 mm high allow the unit to fit beneath most work surfaces or against a wall. Weighing 74 kg, it can be moved by two people without requiring special equipment.

With a 347 litre capacity, the cooler accommodates up to 455 cans of 330 ml, 301 cans of 500 ml, or 217 bottles of either size. The unit operates at 0.295 kW, balancing energy efficiency with commercial performance.

Maintenance involves wiping the wire shelves and interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The reversible door seal should be inspected regularly for debris to maintain a proper seal. Shelves can be removed for deeper cleaning, and adjustable feet ensure the unit remains level on uneven floors, reducing vibration and preventing door misalignment.
