See also Kitchen Project 1 and Chery Drive Project for other canteen and industrial kitchen equipment project examples, and explore Projects and Custom Solutions.
Kitchen Project 2 — BHS kitchen equipment project includes a full range of professional kitchen equipment: stainless steel worktables, hot processing equipment, cold storage chambers, and dishwashing facilities. Located approximately 20 km east of the city, it is an active regional hub with businesses, schools, and other institutions that require professional HoReCa kitchen equipment.
Kitchen layout and zones in the project
Kitchen Project 2 — the professional kitchen is planned with clearly defined work zones: preparation, hot and cold zones, and a dishwashing area. This zoning complies with HACCP requirements and principles of efficient workflow. Preparation zone — in the preparation area, stainless steel worktables with shelves provide surfaces for cutting, processing, and preparing products. Sinks for handwashing during preparation ensure hygiene compliant with HACCP. Hot processing zone — the hot zone includes stoves, ovens, fryers, or other hot processing equipment tailored to the kitchen’s menu size and concept. Commercial-grade equipment is designed for intensive daily use. See Canteen Projects. BHS designs industrial kitchens.
Stainless steel furniture in kitchen equipment
Kitchen Project 2 — in the kitchen setup, stainless steel is the standard material for all food contact surfaces. High-intensity working conditions, frequent cleaning, and disinfection require materials with high resistance to corrosion and chemicals. Worktables and under-shelves — stainless steel worktables with under-shelves provide both workspace and storage for dishes and kitchen utensils. Tables are manufactured or selected according to kitchen dimensions and staff numbers. Cabinets, shelves, and sinks — in addition to worktables, the kitchen setup includes cabinets for storage, wall shelves for drying dishes, and sinks for washing products and hand hygiene. Each element is planned to match the kitchen’s workflow. See Kitchen Project 1. BHS supplies stainless steel furniture.
Cold storage and food safety
Kitchen Project 2 — the cold storage system ensures products are kept at the correct temperature from receipt to thermal processing. The cold chain is a fundamental HACCP requirement in professional kitchens. Refrigerated cabinets and chambers — the cold equipment includes commercial refrigerated cabinets or cooling chambers for meat, fish, dairy products, and vegetables. Temperature zones can be separated or combined depending on the product range. Product receipt and food safety — the product receiving area is planned close to the storage or cold equipment zone to minimize the time products spend outside the cold chain. Temperature monitoring documentation is a HACCP requirement. See Chery Drive Project. BHS supplies cold storage equipment.
