Neutral Modules OMNIA — the OMNIA neutral module is a passive (without active energy consumption) self-service display element that presents room-temperature canteen products in an attractive and easily accessible format; neutral modules are economical — without a compressor, heating element or ventilation requirements — and allow the OMNIA canteen serving line to be expanded with a bread, fruit, dessert or packaged products zone for HoReCa businesses.
Neutral Modules OMNIA — the neutral module fills the canteen serving line with those product categories that do not require active temperature maintenance; this category is broad and important in the canteen menu. Bread and rolls zone — in the OMNIA neutral module, bread, rolls and wholemeal bread are displayed at an easily accessible height; the bread serving area is an essential part of any canteen serving line; bread is neither heated nor cooled — room temperature is optimal. Fruit, dessert and packaged products zone — in the OMNIA neutral module, fruit, dessert portions, yoghurt, juice bottles and other packaged products are displayed in a visible and accessible position; see the OMNIA system.
Neutral Modules OMNIA — the OMNIA neutral module is integrated into the canteen serving line between hot and cold modules; with the neutral module, the serving line covers all menu categories in a single continuous front. Placement in the serving line — the neutral module is traditionally placed between the hot (main courses, soups) and cold (salads, desserts) sections; bread is available alongside hot main courses; fruit and desserts follow salads. Connection with OMNIA hot and cold modules — the OMNIA neutral module connects with other OMNIA system modules using a standard connection system; uniform height, width and finishing material ensure a consistent appearance throughout the serving line; see Hot Modules OMNIA.
Neutral Modules OMNIA — the OMNIA neutral module does not consume electricity during operation (no compressor, heating element or fan); this is the most energy-efficient element of the OMNIA system. Investment and operating costs — the neutral module is cheaper to purchase than hot or cold modules (no active components); operating costs are minimal — only cleaning resources; compared to energy-consuming modules, the neutral module is an economical serving line element. Reliability — no active mechanical or electrically controlled components; the OMNIA neutral module has no risk of damage typical of cooling or heating equipment; long service life without the need for technical maintenance; see OMNIA Display Cases.
