GORT is a modern factory producing high-quality equipment for professional catering. Production started in 2004 in new, well-equipped facilities. Since then, GORT has become a trusted partner for hotels, restaurants and food service companies in many countries around the world.
All GORT equipment is designed and manufactured in-house at the factory. The company controls the entire process itself: design development, metal processing, assembly and final quality testing. As a result, every unit meets high quality standards, and customers can rely on its durability and long service life.
Engineering expertise and modern production
The equipment is designed by a large and experienced team of engineers. The factory has a very modern machine park with best-in-class machinery, including Trumpf laser cutting and punching machines, guillotine shears and press brakes. Many European factories run on outdated machinery, but GORT uses only the latest technology. This ensures high precision, consistent quality and short lead times.
GORT works with leading stainless steel suppliers such as Krupp, Outokumpu and ArcelorMittal. The factory has many years of experience in processing stainless, aluminium, galvanised and painted sheet metal.
GORT is not limited to its catalogue. Its designers welcome customers’ ideas and develop custom solutions for complex and non-standard projects as well. Buffets, bars, serving lines and ventilation systems can be made to fit the dimensions and requirements of a specific site.
Product range
- Cooking equipment: 700 and 900 series modular lines, electric, gas and steam boiling kettles, gas and electric stock pot stoves, heated tables and heated top units, mobile and stationary bains-marie, room service trolleys, plate and basket dispensers.
- Refrigeration equipment: refrigerated and freezer counters, bar refrigerated counters, bar fridges and freezers, refrigerated top units.
- MODULO BAR and buffets: modular bar systems and buffets that can be adapted to the interior and the style of service.
- Serving systems: drop-in units in the 600 and 700 series, glass superstructures and complete serving lines for canteens and self-service restaurants.
- Kitchen ventilation: professional extraction hoods and ventilated ceilings, including an economical ECO version. The hoods come with an extended warranty of up to 7 years.
- Stainless steel furniture: work tables and cabinets, wall shelves and wall cabinets, dishwashing area equipment, vegetable preparation tables, storage cabinets and shelving, trolleys, oven stands, mobile containers and floor drainage solutions.
- Additional equipment: banquet cabinets, knife sterilisers and UV egg disinfection units.
- Complementary range: taps, coffee machines and grinders, professional dishwashers.

A large share of GORT’s production is exported. GORT equipment operates in kitchens in many countries, including properties of international hotel chains such as Hilton, Sheraton and Westin.
