CARE IRON moisture control (ET2 models) — drying stops when the desired moisture level is reached, saving energy and protecting fabrics. SPRINKLER fire suppression system (ET2 models). Reversible door swing, AISI 304 stainless steel body, AISI 304 stainless steel cylinder, programming console for EM control, ergonomic base for loading height in skinplate or stainless steel finish, control panel positioned at the bottom of the dryer for column installation. Most options are not available for the BASIC model.

Frequently asked questions

Can the dryer be placed on top of a washing machine?

Yes. The DPR can be placed on a WPR washing machine or on another DPR dryer — in this case, the control panel is moved to the bottom. This solves the problem of narrow laundry rooms. The BASIC model cannot be installed in a column.

Which control to choose — EM or ET2?

EM is sufficient if staff use a few standard programmes and the unit does not need to be networked. ET2 is suitable if you want to programme cycles, monitor consumption remotely, or require CARE IRON moisture control, which is only available in ET2 versions.

Is an external exhaust required?

Yes, the DPR series requires an air exhaust, so the room must have an exhaust option. If there is no exhaust, consider heat pump dryers, which do not require one.

Electric or gas model?

If the establishment has a gas connection, a gas model is usually cheaper to operate. The electric model has two power configurations — 4.5 or 7,5 kW, and the choice depends on the available electrical power in the room.

How often should the filter be cleaned?

The lint filter should be cleaned after each working day, or more frequently under heavy use. A clogged filter prolongs drying time, increases consumption, and creates a fire risk.

How to choose the capacity?

The dryer should be at least as large as the washing machine, ideally slightly larger — the laundry needs room to move freely when drying. For a 8 kg washing machine, an 8 or 10 kg dryer is suitable.
