A ventilated cooling system circulates chilled air evenly across every shelf, maintaining bottled and packaged goods at a steady 0 to 10 °C without hot spots or frost build-up. The airflow recovers temperature quickly after each door opening, ensuring stock remains within the safe zone during busy periods.

Three hinged doors open to reveal fifteen wire shelves that can be repositioned. Each shelf supports dense products such as soft-drink crates or bottled milk. The doors close automatically on soft-closing hinges, reducing cold-air loss and easing the load on the compressor.

Two vertical LED strips run the full height of the cabinet, providing shadow-free light that highlights labels and packaging. The lights activate whenever a door is opened, drawing attention to the chilled stock without adding heat.

An external digital control panel allows staff to set the target temperature between 0 and 10 °C. The display shows the current internal temperature, enabling operators to verify performance at a glance. A lockable door prevents unauthorised adjustments.

The white cabinet stands on eight heavy-duty wheels, two of which lock to secure the unit. A black aluminium frame reinforces the structure and protects corners during movement. The entire unit measures 1710 mm wide, 720 mm deep, and 2065 mm high, fitting through standard shop doorways.

Fifteen adjustable wire shelves allow the interior to be reorganised for different promotions or seasonal lines. Shelves can be removed to create taller spaces for large cartons or displays.

The 1152 litre volume is divided into three separate compartments, each with its own door. This layout lets staff access one section without exposing the others to warm air, reducing energy use and maintaining consistent product temperature.

A 230 V single-phase supply powers the compressor, fan, and lighting. The daily energy consumption is 4.1 kWh. The refrigerant charge of 145 g of R290a complies with current regulations while delivering the required cooling capacity.

Cleaning involves wiping the wire shelves and interior walls with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The LED strips can be cleaned with a dry microfibre cloth to avoid moisture ingress. Wheels should be checked regularly for debris that could impede movement or locking.

An optional illuminated advertising panel can be fitted above the doors to display branding or promotional graphics, turning the refrigerator into a back-lit sign as well as a chiller.
