Cold air is drawn from the rear, cooled by an evaporator, and distributed evenly across the shelves using a fan. The system prevents warm spots that could compromise food quality. The evaporator defrosts automatically at intervals, and the resulting moisture evaporates without manual intervention. Warm air circulates across the front and side glass to prevent condensation, ensuring clear visibility of the products inside.

To operate, plug the unit into a suitable power supply and allow it to reach the desired temperature. Load the shelves with pre-chilled items, ensuring airflow around them. The electronic control unit allows temperature adjustment between +2 °C and +6 °C, suitable for sandwiches, pastries, or drinks. Internal fluorescent lighting enhances product visibility, making colours and labels more appealing.

Constructed from stainless steel, the cabinet resists corrosion and is easy to clean. The front glass is rounded for quick replacement if needed. Inside, two shelves are included: one 950 mm long by 400 mm deep, the other 950 mm long by 340 mm deep.
