Plate storage, transport and warming trolley ROCAM 03800SOLL/PPN

This plate dispenser trolley elevates stacks of crockery to a convenient serving height. Staff can retrieve plates one at a time without bending or lifting heavy piles. Gravity-fed design ensures each plate slides forward automatically as the one above is removed, preventing jams and maintaining stability during busy service periods.

The ROCAM ATLAS PN 18 is loaded from the top. Plates are placed onto sloped rails, ensuring they align correctly. Once loaded, the trolley is moved to the serving area. Plates are drawn from the front, with the remaining stack advancing smoothly until empty, at which point the trolley is returned for reloading.

Built from stainless steel, the trolley resists corrosion and withstands frequent cleaning with commercial detergents. Its neutral finish blends seamlessly with any kitchen environment. The welded frame and fixed castors provide stability and durability.

A simple release mechanism at the front allows plates to advance one at a time. No power is required, enabling flexible placement in any kitchen or servery area.

With a capacity of 100 to 120 plates, ranging from 180 mm to 270 mm in diameter, the trolley holds enough crockery for extended service without frequent refilling. Weighing 69 kg, it remains sturdy during use yet manageable for one person to move when empty.

Cleaning involves wiping stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The open frame design minimises debris accumulation, and the lack of complex moving parts reduces maintenance to occasional rail lubrication.
