Plate storage, transport and warming trolley FORCAR CA1435G

A plate trolley keeps hot or cold plates organised and mobile between the pass and the dining area. The unit stands on four wheels, two of which lock to hold the trolley in place while staff load or unload. A handle on each end lets one person steer the trolley through doorways and around tight corners without tilting the shelves.

The CA1435G holds up to 48 plates between 25 cm and 31 cm in diameter. Each shelf is a white-painted grid that supports the plates while allowing air to circulate, so plates dry quickly after washing and stay at the right temperature when moved from the hot cupboard to the service point.

The frame is plastic-coated steel, which resists knocks and spills in a busy kitchen. The coating also prevents metal-on-metal noise when plates are placed or removed. The trolley's footprint of 70 cm by 70 cm fits through standard kitchen doorways and can be parked beside a worktop or under a shelf when not in use.

Two 125 mm wheels at the front swivel for manoeuvring, while the two rear wheels are fixed and fitted with brakes. The brakes engage with a foot pedal, leaving hands free to steady the trolley or carry plates. The total weight of 23 kg means the trolley can be moved by one person even when fully loaded.

Cleaning is straightforward: the plastic-coated frame wipes clean with a damp cloth, and the grid shelves can be removed for deeper cleaning if needed. The white finish shows dirt quickly, so staff can spot and clean any marks before service begins.
