An electric stove built for continuous service in professional kitchens, the Domina Pro 700 combines fast-heating cast iron hotplates with a sturdy stand and a seamless stainless steel worktop. Electric elements beneath each cast iron plate convert current into heat, raising the surface temperature quickly and evenly. A safety device cuts power if the plate exceeds a safe operating level, preventing damage and reducing fire risk. The plates are fixed watertight to the worktop, so spills stay on the surface and do not seep into the electrical components beneath. The stove offers three types of hotplate to suit different cooking tasks. Rounded plates in two diameters concentrate heat for small pans and rapid boiling; a squared plate provides a stable base for larger vessels; a lowered plate creates a flush surface that aligns with the worktop for safer transfer of heavy pots. Each plate has its own indicator light, so the chef can see at a glance which elements are active and avoid accidental contact with a hot surface. To use the stove, the operator selects the required hotplates by turning their control knobs. The indicator lights illuminate as the plates heat. Once the desired temperature is reached, pans are placed directly on the cast iron. The chef monitors cooking and adjusts the power level as needed. After use, the plates are turned off and allowed to cool before cleaning. The construction centres on a 1 mm worktop of AISI 18/10 stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning. The worktop is aligned precisely with the stand, eliminating gaps where dirt could collect. Cast iron hotplates are fixed to the worktop with watertight seals, and the entire unit is supported by a frame designed to bear the weight of heavy pots and repeated use. The 8.2 kW power rating indicates the total load the stove places on the electrical supply. A 400 V three-phase connection is required, which is standard in commercial kitchens and provides the current needed for rapid heating. The 60 kg weight reflects the solid construction and the materials used; the stove is stable on the floor and can be moved with a trolley or two people. The 700 mm width and 730 mm depth fit within a standard worktop run, allowing the stove to be integrated into a kitchen line without disrupting workflow. The seamless stainless-steel worktop and flush-mounted cast-iron plates let spills wipe away without catching in seams or edges. The stainless steel worktop can be wiped down with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Cast iron hotplates should be cleaned after cooling, using a non-abrasive pad to remove food residue without damaging the surface. The watertight seals prevent water from entering the electrical components, so the worktop can be washed without risk of short circuits. The Domina Pro 700 is available with hotplates in the three versions described: rounded 145 mm and 200 mm, squared 220x220 mm, and lowered 300x300 mm. The stove is categorised under professional cooking equipment, specifically electric stoves with stands.
