The SAYL KUBE VCKB8 is a refrigerated display case designed for showcasing food items. This unit is constructed from stainless steel, offering durability and a professional finish.

The operating principle of this type of refrigerated display case involves a refrigeration unit that actively cools the lower compartment. This cooled air circulates to maintain a consistent temperature, preserving the freshness of the displayed food. The case is designed to provide 360° visibility, allowing customers to view the contents from all angles.

This is a three-tier display case. The bottom area serves as the refrigerated compartment, while the middle section features a neutral glass shelf. The flat top surface provides an additional display area. Each tier is equipped with LED lighting, supported by an aluminium heatsink, to illuminate the products. A removable polycarbonate shield is fitted to protect the contents on each level.

The temperature within the refrigerated compartment is adjustable, with a range from 2 °C to 6 °C, suitable for a variety of chilled products. The unit operates on a 230 V electrical supply and has a power consumption of 0.18 kW. It uses R600a refrigerant.

The dimensions of the display case are 1680 mm in length, 395 mm in width, and 360 mm in height. Its capacity is designed to hold 8 GN 1/3x40 trays.

Cleaning involves maintaining the stainless steel surfaces and ensuring the removable polycarbonate shields are clean. The refrigerated compartment should be kept free of obstructions to allow for proper air circulation.
