This display cabinet combines modern design and professional functionality, providing a reliable solution for serving food without the need for additional heating or cooling. It is ideal for presenting cold appetizers, salads, desserts, snacks, and other prepared dishes.
Without LED lighting
A curved exhibition showcase presents chilled or ambient goods in a continuous arc, drawing the eye along the display while maximising visibility from every angle. The gentle curve eliminates sharp corners, allowing customers to view products without obstruction and staff to reach items without stretching across flat surfaces. This shape also softens the lines of a counter or island unit, integrating the display into the workflow of a professional food service area rather than interrupting it.
The showcase maintains a neutral temperature, neither chilling nor heating the contents. This keeps ambient products such as pastries, confectionery or packaged goods at room temperature, preserving texture and appearance without the energy demand of refrigeration. The rear sliding doors glide along tracks, opening the full width of the unit without swinging into the workspace. This allows staff to restock or retrieve items from either side while keeping the front of the display clear for customers.
Operation begins by loading products onto the curved shelf. The rear doors slide open to provide access, then close to seal the display. The neutral temperature setting requires no adjustment; the unit simply holds the ambient conditions of the room. If the LED lighting variant is fitted, a switch activates the internal illumination, highlighting the products without generating heat that could affect their condition.
The construction uses curved tempered glass panels held in aluminium profiles. These profiles protect the edges of the glass from knocks and provide a secure mounting point for the sliding door mechanism. The base and rear panel are finished in a matching material, creating a seamless appearance that resists fingerprints and smudges.
Controls are minimal: a single switch for the optional LED lighting. The neutral temperature setting is fixed, so no thermostat or temperature adjustment is provided.
The 840 mm width creates a substantial display area that fits standard counter depths without overhang. The 380 mm depth allows products to be arranged in a single layer, preventing items at the back from being obscured. The 170 mm height keeps the display at eye level for seated or standing customers, ensuring visibility without requiring stooping or reaching.
Cleaning involves wiping the glass panels with a damp cloth and mild detergent, avoiding abrasives that could scratch the surface. The aluminium profiles can be cleaned with the same solution, and the sliding door tracks should be checked periodically for debris that could impede movement. The optional LED lighting requires no maintenance beyond occasional dusting.
A variant with LED lighting is available, adding internal illumination to the showcase. The neutral temperature setting remains unchanged in both models.
The showcase is categorised as a front-of-house display unit for ambient products, positioned in retail or food service areas where presentation and accessibility are priorities.
