Automatic sheeter. Stainless steel finish. Chain transmission.
The Rollmatic R65AX-T/14 automates dough stretching by feeding it between two rotating cylinders. The gap between the cylinders sets the thickness, while the motor and chain transmission maintain steady pressure for uniform results. A built-in cutting unit on this version trims dough as it exits, eliminating the need for additional tools and increasing the available workspace on the table surface.
Operation begins by placing dough on the infeed belt. The operator selects a pre-set programme on the 7-inch touch screen, then starts the machine. Dough passes through the cylinders, with the gap adjusting automatically to the chosen setting. If the cutting unit is active, blades trim the edges during output. Clear guards with safety microswitches allow monitoring while preventing operation if opened. Once the sheet is ready, it is removed from the outfeed belt for further processing or a new programme can be selected.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, the sheeter prioritises hygiene and durability. The chain transmission delivers consistent power to the cylinders, while gas springs on the guards enable smooth access. Maintenance is simplified by a quick belt tensioning system and QR® scrapers that detach easily for cleaning. A flour drawer with a safety microswitch collects excess flour during use and can be emptied without stopping production.
The machine requires a 2 kW power supply and a 230 V circuit in a commercial kitchen. Its dimensions demand ample floor space, while the height allows comfortable use without bending. The weight varies between 405 kg and 505 kg, necessitating a stable, reinforced surface and potentially a trolley for movement.
Cleaning involves removing the QR® scrapers for washing, emptying the flour drawer, and wiping stainless steel surfaces. The belt tensioning system allows belts to be loosened for thorough cleaning, and the touch screen can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Safety microswitches on the guards and flour drawer prevent operation when these parts are removed, safeguarding both the user and the equipment.
This model offers configurations with or without the built-in cutting unit, catering to kitchens needing extra workspace. The 650 mm cylinder width handles large dough batches, while the 50 mm cylinder opening accommodates thicker initial dough pieces. One hundred pre-set programmes store settings for various dough types and thicknesses, streamlining repetitive tasks.
Designed for professional use, the R65AX-T/14 suits bakeries, pizzerias, and large catering operations where consistent dough thickness and efficient workflow are critical.
